At Safi, we’re committed to providing a premium laundry experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—within reason and with fairness to all our customers.

Returns & Exchanges
If you purchased Safi Laundry Detergent directly from safiwash.com and need to return it, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unopened and the seal must be intact

• The item must have been purchased through safiwash.com

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note: We cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Returns are only accepted for products with the original seal unbroken.

Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase. Safi is not responsible for their return processes.

Refunds
Once your return is received and verified to meet our policy:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment

• Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@safiwash.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Our team will reply with instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.

3. Securely repackage the unopened item and send it back using the provided label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll quickly send a replacement or process a refund at no additional cost.
